Hip and Pelvis
Your hip and pelvis work together to get you up out of a chair, walking, running and jumping. When either is not functioning right, life can be a drag.
The first step is to identify if your pain is coming from the hip itself, or from the muscles and bursae around it, or from the bones and joints of your pelvis. Your therapist will ask quite a number of questions to sort this out and will examine you carefully. Once we know where the problem lies (and sometimes it’s more than one problem), we’ll get you going on the road to recovery.
