Knee / Thigh Pain
Pain in your thighs, or your knee? That could be a muscle problem, a problem with your knee joint or your kneecap, it can even be referred pain coming down from your hip or back.
First of all, we’ll figure out what the source is. Often times, you’ll need some specific stretches, and some exercises to correct your strength or alignment. If you’ve recently been injured, your treatment will be focussed on settling down the swelling and getting your leg working normally again, as quickly as possible.
If your pain has been around a while, it may take a little more work to correct the problem. It’s a good idea to get started on some rehab sooner rather than later.
